Table callwithout the wave

A quiet button on every table tells your floor team exactly who needs something, and when. Nothing beeps at your guests and nothing lands in an inbox.

Scenarios

The empty glass

The glass has been empty for six minutes and nobody at the table wants to be the one who waves. Two of them have already decided against a second round.

Quiet, then handled.

One tap

One press sends a single, unmistakable signal to the floor view. The unit stays dark until it is needed, then holds a soft ring until a member of staff clears it.

Still weighing it up? Here is what a floor manager usually asks first

If your question is not below, write to us, call the demo line or book a walkthrough.

Q: How long does it take to fit out one room?
A: In this demo story, a room of thirty tables is unpacked and paired in a single afternoon. Nothing is drilled, and the floor view runs in a browser tab on whatever device the pass already has.
Q: Does a guest need to install anything?
A: No. The guest presses a physical button on the table and that is the whole interaction — no app, no account and no scanning.
Q: What happens when the room is genuinely slammed?
A: Calls queue by how long each table has been waiting rather than by table number, so the oldest wait always sits at the top of the list.
Q: Can the team switch it off during a private event?
A: Yes. A room can be paused from the floor view, and paused tables simply stop sending anything until somebody resumes them.
Q: How is this different from a buzzer on the pass?
A: A buzzer tells the kitchen that food is ready. This tells the floor that a specific table has asked for a person, which is the opposite direction of travel.
Q: What do the numbers on this page mean?
A: Nothing at all. Every figure here, including the six in the calculator above, comes from an invented formula for a fictional product.
